Es el segundo equipo iPhone que tengo, el primero fue que me pasó una pareja que tuve y me lo regaló y este es el primero que compro yo, me gusta tener mi propia experiencia en cada teléfono que tengo y quiero usar y checar aunque de un modelo a otro,pero hasta la fecha no me ha dado ningún problema,llegó con el 83% de vida útil de su batería, casi no se le desgasta, apesar de que duro muchas horas prendido,pero igual soy muy cuidadoso con todos los teléfonos, de momento muy buen equipo
I purchased this through Amazon renewed I needed to upgrade my iPhone 7, which no longer is supported but I could not afford the top-of-the-line technology enjoying Apple products as I do I purchased the iPhone 11 it arrived in perfect condition. It was what my carrier requested an unlocked phone. I trust Amazon when it comes to renewed products. Of course you can chance buying it on craigslist or meeting someone in a dark alley to purchase it but this is the right way to do it. This is for people who cannot afford top-of-the-line technology, but like good equipment. always read the fine print when purchasing any product and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask Amazon is good like that.
I made this purchase almost two years now I think and we haven't had any issues with it especially being that it's been used by a teenager who just happens to drop it every now and then. I even recommended it to a friend who bought one for her son almost a year now and it's still going strong too. Buying a refurbished device is really scary but I give it to Amazon on this one, they did an honest good job with these devices.
The phone was in excellent condition no scratches no cracks at all and battery was at 100%capacity I definitely recommend this seller
En general, fue una buena compra! Lo recomiendoEl precio adecuado y tuve la suerte de que llegara con batería al 100%. Todo funciona de maravilla y no tuve ningún problema para configurarlo, viene desbloqueado tal cual la descripción. El cargador cumple, sin ser espléndido.Unas por otras... Así como la batería venía al 100%, desafortunadamente la pantalla y la parte posterior están muy rayadas. El protector de pantalla que tenía instalado no era muy bueno, así que se lo cambié por una mica de hidrogel. La parte posterior no tenía protección, así que yo le puse una mica de hidrogel. Los rayones son bastante visibles (me disculpo por no mostrarlo bien por las micas).Por el precio y la experiencia de usuario, me parece una buena compra y ya con micas instaladas los rayones pasan prácticamente desapercibidos.
I SERIOUSLY could not be happier. I was skeptical buying a refurbished phone off of Amazon, but dude… I’m SO glad I did. It’s my teenager’s first smart phone and I was terrified to spend 800+ dollars on a 13 year old boy’s first phone😂🫣 like most items, there’s good and bad reviews. But the phone came PERFECT, you can not tell it was refurbished, he still doesn’t know. I’m very very happy with my purchase, and even my husband and I will be buying our phones this way from now on.
This was an amazing purchase! I opened the box took off the wrap and wow! There is no scratches that mess with the phone or noticeable! It’s like new! I would have thought it was new if it was not labeled at used! The Camera is great! The dual cameras make a great ultra wide view and a main view! Battery capacity is 85% that’s the internal battery. It charges to 100 percent no problem. The internal battery just means that it limits phone use in between charges. So instead of like 17 hrs when it was new now it may it may go down to 16-15 hrs of use between of charge. It’s a great phone! I’m excited to use it this year!
Llevo un poco más del mes con el iPhone y mi opinión tras es el uso es que llegó en buenas condiciones, estéticamente 9.5, tiene unos ligeros rayones en la pantalla y en la parte trasera marcas de uso de funda, pero aun así no es nada grave o que se note demasiado. En cuestión de la batería llegó con 91% de condición por lo que no está nada mal, en el tiempo que llevo con el todo le ha funcionado y no he tenido ningún problema , Face ID, llamadas y mensajes, cámaras, batería, no tiene pantalla genérica por lo que cheque, GPS, BT , todo bien, lo único que comentaría es que NO ESTA TOTALMENTE DESBLOQUEADO DE COMPAÑÍA como se dice, yo usaba mi compañía telefónica Bait y a la hora de insertar la SIM no la leyó, hasta que probé con Telcel y Movistar funcionó, tuve que cambiar de compañía para hacer uso del Celular que para mí no fue gran problema, pero se comenta por qué al menos el que me enviaron no era para cualquier compañía.
Llego hace dos dias, lo use desde que llegó, la vida de la batería llego en 84%, todo bien solo que se calienta un poco y la bateria dura cuatro horas, supongo q es por la vida de la bateria, hasta el momento todo bien, yo actualizo en masomenos un mes, va fluido, no se a trabado, la camara 10/10 todo esta bien, solo tiene unos pequeños raspones en el centro de carga, la condicion fue premiumACTUALIZACION:Lo he usado tan solo dos semanas y la condicion ya bajo un 2%, pienso en devolverlo y pedir un rembolso
Al principio tenía muchas dudas sobre comprar este teléfono o no. Vi algunas críticas malas hacia éste y me ponían en duda. Sin embargo, lo compre y al siguiente día ya me lo habían entregado. Entre lo primero que quise ver fue la batería ya que muchos mencionaban que venía de 80 a 90 de capacidad y el teléfono que me llegó la trae del 100%.En cuanto a la estética le doy un 8/10, ya que tiene algunos detalles en la parte superior e inferior pero nada que me moleste (al menos a mí) y en la parte de atrás se ven apenas unos rayones, nada de qué preocuparse.Quedo satisfecho con la compra. Lo estaré probando por varios meses y si detectó algo raro lo publicaré.Pd. El face ID jala bien, la cámara igual y en las pocas horas que llevo de uso no se me ha trabado.Actualización: llevo dos semanas de uso y el teléfono se ha comportado a la perfección. La batería me dura un día y medio con uso moderado (sólo uso redes sociales y de vez en cuando veo algún video). También en cuanto a la carga creo que está bien. Lo pongo a cargar cuando está entre 15% y 20% y normalmente se carga en hora y media.Seguiré reportando camaradas!De momento recomiendo ampliamente a este vendendor ya que igual compré un iPhone X y tampoco ha tenido fallas e incluso llegó con estética de 10 y batería al 100%
Good no scratches which was suprising cuz a lot of these reviews said it did ?but it didn’t and the battery charges all the way to 100% I just wish it had a SIM card with it but it doesn’t which isn’t bad I’ll just buy one I’m just glad I didn’t get scammed
Phone came in one day , had excellent shipping with shipped in no matter of thirty minutes of me, purchasing it. Everything with the phone checks out but has two minor problems. one of the, is the overheating while charging, and the speaker is kinda muffled but you can still hear good out of it , but the best of all is that it came with 91% battery health/capacity , Worth it!
So far so great, I’ve been using this phone from Dec 2024 to present….the battery health came at 81% wasn’t good but it was a win because I purchased a iPhone 11 Pro Max with 95% that died 12 days in and I had a bad experience with another company and it was hell to return but eventually I got my refund. This seller shipped within 24 hours and it arrived within 48 hrs. I did my research and found the iPhone 11 is one of the most affordable and reliable 11 models so I took a chance and got it over the iPhone XR because I really needed a phone that was higher than my iPhone 6 Plus that I had for 6 years. It came brand new, no scratches. Thank you. You should definitely get it.

Actualmente llevo un aproximado de 1 semana usando el celular. 1 - me llegó en dos días, 2 - adjunto las fotos del momento exacto en que lo abrí, entonces así fue como lo recibí; en el fondo esta la caja en la q venia, también traía el cable del cargador pero no el cubo, en la parte trasera se aprecian pequeños raspones pero demasiado pequeños 1/10 (son aquellos puntos blancos que se notan), y la pantalla traía mica de cristal, lo que sí aprecié fue que se nota que la pantalla q si viene rayada, porque en la parte que no cubre la mica, se aprecian los rayones, sin embargo, la cámara frontal funciona y se ve muy bien, así como las cámaras anteriores igual funcionan correctamente.Fue muy fácil poder transferir mis datos desde mi IPad al celular, eso si, venia descargado solamente. Y el porcentaje de la batería es de 83%. Le doy 4 estrellas por lo de la batería porque si esperaba un poquito más, y también por lo de la pantalla; pero en general estoy satisfecha con mi producto, hasta ahora no he tenido ningún problema y cumple con el correcto funcionamiento(:

I purchased this refurbished iPhone 11 listed as “Good” condition, and while the phone functions fine, the screen arrived with noticeable damage. There are blue/purple discolorations in streaky oval patterns across the display, likely from pressure damage to the LCD. This issue was visible as soon as I powered on the phone and definitely impacts the user experience. I expected better quality from a refurbished product, especially one listed as “Good.” If you’re considering this phone, be cautious, as the condition did not meet my expectations. While the phone “works”, I’m left feeling disappointed by the condition it arrived in. Would not recommend purchasing under the “Good” category unless you’re okay with potential *noticeable* defects.*edit* they did give me a partial refund so im bumping up the review to 4 stars.
No complaints. Little scratches and dirt buildup in speaker holes but nothing not to be expected. Screen looks great, charges, and camera works well. Screen is a bit off in selecting at certain areas. Like I have to be super intentional with selecting in certain areas reselecting multiple times until it catches command if that makes sense. Coming from a xr that I’ve had for almost 10 years. The charger port is malfunctioned and rather than pay over an hundred dollars to get it fixed I decided to just get another phone because it was also going very slow and apps would keep shutting down. Overall satisfied with my purchase.
Had this phone since December of 2023 and it’s on its last thread now but that’s how good it is for a used phone. The battery had came below 80 which doesn’t make sense
I am very happy with this phone. It came with a charger and charging cable and a SIM card tool. That's a handy thing to have when you can't find the right size paper clip. Set up was very easy. I installed the SIM card and it worked immediately .I selected the less expensive "acceptable" one and it has a few very light scratches on the back but that won't show when l put it in a protective case. The screen is flawless. l am totally satisfied with this phone.
