It has some minor dents, but other than that, I love it soo much💜💜💜!! You guys should give it a try

iPhone 14. I order this for the first time on Amazon to replace my daughter’s phone that accidentally broke beyond repair. I was so happy to have found this on Amazon for less money and in perfect condition. It even came with a charger. I would definitely purchase again. Set up was easy with my carrier, we had no issues.

The iphone was in perfect condition! The battery life is 100% so I’m happy!(Doesn’t come with the actual iphone box or any accessories, just a generic cable to charge)(I ordered refurbished-excellent, didn’t disappoint!)

First day with the phone and so far I’m impressed! The phone looked immaculate with no visible damage whatsoever (physically perfect condition). Touch screen is responsive and it’s pretty speedy so far. The battery life was at 84% which isn’t that big of a deal but a lot better than my old iPhone. Very pleased. If anything changes will update.

Yo tenía muchísimo pavor de que no me llegara por ciertos comentarios de cambios de cosas al momento del envío, sin embargo solo fue un miedo, el teléfono llegó sin detalles, sin madrazos, sin rayones, grietas etc. La verdad es que es una muyyyy buena compra! La recomiendo mil veces, estoy cero arrepentida.Aparte la batería me vino al 100% de su capacidad, el mismo teléfono trae un cargador (genérico) pero al final es para hacerte el paro, yo al día siguiente de usarlo le compré su cargador jajajajaja, en fin, les recomiendo ampliamente esta compra :b

I needed a business phone and I'm honestly shocked that i dont see any wear and tear. It almost looks brand new tbh. Great value and it came with a charger and base. I was also shocked getting a base. That is awesome. I have 87% max on my battery. I gave 5 stars! I got the lilac color love it.

I still can't believe how blessed I've been to receive a phone that looks like a new one. Honestly, it makes me doubt it's ever been used. I was expecting it to arrive with a few scratches, but it's in perfect condition, literally like a new one. The battery condition is at 100%, and I also expected it to be at best at 85%, but no, it arrived at 100%, it's incredible. I absolutely didn't expect to receive a phone in such perfect condition. I'm thankful to God for this phone; I definitely didn't expect anything like this.

This is the second time am buying a refreshed iPhone from Amazon and I must say am so impressed this ohone is as good as new I’ve been using it for 3 months now without any issues at all .. definitely coming back for an upgrade

Seems pretty good so far. Haven't signed in yet. It came with about 40% battery life and a charger cord. No scratches on the body at all.

El iPhone llegó en EXCELENTE estado con la capacidad de batería al 100% y nuevo (Revisando el número de serie verifiqué que, en efecto, el celular es nuevo).Sin rasguños de ningún tipo, quizá un rayón diminuto en la pantalla que es imperceptible a primera vista a menos que lo observes cuidadosamente. La batería le dura 1 día y medio a 2 dependiendo del uso que le dé. Esperé una semana para testearlo bien y escribir una reseña correcta para que las demás personas sepan bien cual fue mi experiencia y así facilitar la compra de otros clientes. En fin, estoy satisfecho con mi compra. Gracias al vendedor por enviarme el producto rápido.

This is my first time purchasing a refurbished phone and I was a little concerned about the quality of the phone. I am very impressed with the phone I was sent. My daughter and I looked over it multiple times before noticing an ever so tiny mark on the edge of the phone. You would never notice it if you're not looking for it. I was very pleasantly surprised that the battery health was at 94% considering many other reviews had numbers in the 80s.Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase!

took a few days of nonsense bc facetime wouldnt work but after HOURS on the phone w apple support each day, over a few days.. we got it. perfect for my almost 13 yo son w autism. its his 1st iphone bc hes rough on electronics. hes finally grown up a good bit & been able to control himself so we finally surprised him w an iphone. a 14 was new enough but where i wouldn’t cry if something happened to it lol. we love the blue.

i got the excellent type and it came nicely packaged. there is minimal damage except for a dent in the upper left corner that could be covered up with a case. the sound quality is good and the battery health came at 87%. the device is also notably quite slow, although i don’t know if that’s because of the ios 26 update or just the device. not disappointed but not fully satisfied either for the price.Update: The device runs fine now. It was only slow because it just updated to iOS 26 but it’s smooth and legit. I do recommend

I knew I wanted a new phone and opted to get a refurbished one so I didn’t have to spend so much. Since the reviews varied I knew I was taking a gamble but I’m SO glad I did it’s literally gorgeous. There’s one singular scuff on the bottom but it’s hardly noticeable and I don’t really mind it since the phone works perfectly. Ordered it on the 8th and it arrived on the 11th! (The expect arrival was originally the 14-16th). I love this phone so much you have no idea, had no issues whatsoever.Tip: Since I’ve read a couple reviews say they ordered unlocked and it apparently wasn’t, be sure to factory reset the phone one more time and it should fix the issue. I did a quick google search (thank goodness I did) and it worked for me when I had that glitch.

After having since Christmas 2025 now the battery is shot ! Keeps restarting can’t use the phone anymore and my son was so excited he finally got an iPhone ! What a waste of $300

I really like itIt's small and cuteThe battery health is 84 but it lasts all day on data without dying until I get home and it charges fast so that's not a problemIt has a couple small scratches at the top corner but otherwise it looks new

The phone is great ! It came in great condition. the touch sensitivity is great and precise. The storage was exactly as I specified. Appearance is great condition. The screen size is good. And it looks in great condition.
